How long will Dukkah stay fresh?
Stored in a cool, dry, place, Queen of the Pantry Dukkah will stay fresh for up to 4 months.

How will my product ship? For most residential deliveries, Queen of the Pantry will ship US Priority Mail and will arrive in approximately 2-3 days from the shipment date, however, exact arrival date is not guaranteed. We cannot track Priority Mail packages and they are generally delivered separate from regular mail. If the recipient is not home, a notice is left in the mailbox.

For Special Orders and Business Delvieries, Queen of the Pantry cookies cookies are shipped UPS Ground and will arrive in approximately 1-5 days from the shipment date. We are able to track UPS Ground packages.

What if my Product do not arrive?

You will be notified by email, if we are provided with an incorrect address or the package is refused by the recipient and returned to us. Queen of the Pantry will not refund your money for incorrect shipping information or packages refused by recipients. We will ship a new tin of cookies at half the cost, but shipping will be charged at full price. If Queen of the Pantry put an incorrect address on the box, we will refund your purchase, or ship a new package at no charge to you.
