"I'm a strong believer that the foods we eat support the major things that feed us in our lives - career, relationships, family, spirituality and exercise. Fueling these areas of our lives with healthy and nutritious meals on a consistent basis is my recipe for wellness."
Out of this passion grew a business venture encompassing the creation of healthy and fun artisinal condiments (Queen of the Pantry) and cooking healthy nutritious meals for a growing variety of people who either don't have the time themselves, or are overwhelmed with the daily challenges of supporting dietary restrictions or food allergies.
I am a graduate of the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts and Massachusetts ServSafe certified in safe food handling practices. Upon completing the Professional Chef's program, I partnered in Adaptive Foods (a personal chef business dedicated to providing nutritious, flavorful and consumable meals that support the treatment of critically ill people.) My cooking experience spans around the Globe from training alongside world class chefs in the flourishing New Zealand wine country to working for Whole Foods Markets here in the Metro West area. I share my culinary experiences as both a chef instructor and certified personal/private chef.
